Thank you Peter for the detailed info. I was able to create and place a banner via the rotator however, when placing the banner in the main content area, is there a way to specify exactly where it should go the way you can with layout.xml updates (ex: before="-"...). The banners are appearing after all of my page content and I need them to be placed after a specific block.
